G2C/PL is an optional feature of AGH/iX to program the available courses for a new academic year.

This process helps users such as teaching centres, departments and vice-chancellors.

It is useful for organizing potential courses based on available subjects, teaching staff as well as an estimated number of students for each group for the different subjects.

It allows you to plan classes which are initially made up of lectures and practical workshops with or without assigned teaching staff. Once the potential course has been approved, you can make timetables and assign teaching staff if this has not been done beforehand.
